This event will take place in the Harbour Room overlooking the marina at Catawba Island Club. We look forward to spending time with you before the big day! Please note that there will be drinks, but dinner will not be served. If you need help finding the Harbour Room, please visit the FAQs tab.
2:45 pm - 11:15 pm
The “Swig” shuttle from the Hampton Inn and Suites to CIC will have two departure times on the way to the ceremony. It will depart at 2:45pm and again at 3:00pm to get you there in time for the prompt ceremony start time of 3:30pm. Please take the earlier shuttle, if possible, to ensure there is enough space for everyone to get to CIC! At the end of the night, the shuttle will depart from CIC at 11:00pm and 11:15pm to take you back to the Hampton Inn Suites. Thank you for your patience and understanding in advance!

Our ceremony will take place on the Front Lawn of the Pavilion at Catawba Island Club and begin promptly at 3:30pm. Please arrive by 3:00pm to allow time to walk to our ceremony site. There will be attendants to point you in the right direction. Cocktail hour will begin after the ceremony ends, followed by the reception. Please see the FAQs tab for more information about locations and parking.
