NOTE: If you are arriving the day of the Wedding, please read!

Check in for hotels is at 3PM. The buses will leave from Holiday Inn @ Monticello and Fairfield Inn & Suites at 3:15PM. ***If you arrive at 3PM and try to check into your hotel prior to the bus leaving, you will likely not make the bus.*** We suggest you do one of the following: 1. Call ahead Friday morning and request an early check in. 2. Come to the hotel earlier than 3PM and see if they have any available rooms ready for check in. 3. Arrive early, have the front desk stow your luggage, get ready in another guest's room who came on Thursday, and check in to your room at the end of the night. 4. Flight

Dulles International Airport (IAD)

Dulles is by far the largest airport in the area with the most flight options. It is about a 2 hour drive from Dulles to Charlottesville.

Charlottesville Albemarle Airport (CHO)

Charlottesville has a small, local airport about 25 minutes from downtown. Although this airport has less flight options, there are nonstop flights from LaGuardia through Delta and American Airlines.

Richmond International Airport is about 1.5 hours from downtown Charlottesville.
