This is the best place to fly into if you're coming from out of state! We recommend taking an Uber or Lyft from the airport to your hotel.

Shuttle

Shuttle from the Hilton Austin to Canyonwood Ridge

March 5, 2022 3:15 pm - 10:30 pm

We will be providing roundtrip shuttle transportation from the Hilton. The shuttle will depart the Hilton shortly after 3:15pm. Please be prompt. The shuttle will return to the Hilton from the venue at 10:00pm. Since there will be many activities going on in Austin, make sure you are boarding the Shelton/Schwartz shuttle!

Our block of rooms at the Fairmont, available at this link for Saturday night only, starts at $179/night. We recommend booking ASAP if you plan to stay here. If you're planning to stay for more than one night, please call the hotel and be sure to mention our room block. Parking is available for a fee and the Fairmont is walking distance to the Hilton to catch the shuttle!

Lauren & Eric don't have a formal room block at this hotel, but this link offers a 10% discount on booking. This is a great backup option as hotels will fill up fast - and it's walking distance to the Hilton if you're planning to catch the shuttle!
