Are children welcome at the ceremony?

Answer

We love your kids — we really do. But we want our wedding to be your night off! The Hotel Valley Ho recommends Nita Nanny for childcare. All of the mostly female nannies are fingerprinted, federal background checked, CPR & first aid certified. Secure your childcare: 602.820.3304

Is there parking available at the venue?

Answer

Yes, lots of parking will be available for our guests.

IS THERE TRANSPORTATION TO AND FROM THE HOTEL TO THE CEREMONY?

Answer

Yes! A shuttle will be running between The Hotel Valley Ho and The Valley Polo & Riding Club starting at 5:30 and ending at 11 p.m.

IF I HAVE A FOOD PREFERENCE, CAN I MAKE A SPECIAL REQUEST?

Answer

No need! Our reception will feature several food stations and will include Vegetarian and Gluten-Free options.

What COVID precautions are you taking?

We are striving to provide a safe and fun environment for everyone. To assist us in that endeavor, we kindly ask that if you are feeling sick, please do not attend.
