Getting There Guests are welcome to park in the State Park Los Trancos Lot and costs $20 per vehicle for a day pass. Although we don't expect the parking lot to fill up, parking is on a first-come, first-served basis. Carpooling and Uber/Lyft are also recommended. There will be a private event shuttle from the main State Park Los Trancos parking lot to the roundabout stop near the beach where guests will be guided to the sand for the ceremony. The shuttle will be waiting at the roundabout at the conclusion of the ceremony to bring guests up to a private deck for the reception, or it’s about a 5 minute walk. The shuttle will stay parked outside of the reception area for the duration of the event in case someone needs to leave early and get back to the parking lot. They will make sure everyone gets safely back to their car at the end of the event.

Coastal Cocktail Attire

Think cocktail attire with a relaxed, beachy twist. Cocktail dresses or a suit (no tie required) are perfect. The wedding ceremony will take place with your feet in the sand, so we recommend wearing shoes that are easier to slip on and off. For women, that could mean nice sandals or more comfortable block heels. For men, maybe loafers, leather slip-ons, or dress shoes work well. The reception will be about a 5 minute walk or quick shuttle from the ceremony. Everything will be outdoors so please bring a jacket! The wedding ceremony on the beach will begin promptly at 4:30 PM. We kindly encourage guests to arrive at the parking lot by 4 PM (whether you're driving yourself or taking an Uber/Lyft) to allow time to take the shuttle down to the beach.
