For your convenience, a block of rooms has been reserved at the Holiday Inn Express & Suites Dahlonega University Area, located at 32 East Main Street, Dahlonega, GA 30533. This hotel is walkable to a lot of downtown restaurants, bars, and shops, including the welcome party location on Friday, October 2nd, 2026. Please book via phone at 800-465-4329 or use the link in the "FAQ" section. Please reference the “Koppenhofer Bowman Wedding” and the “Holiday Inn Express Dahlonega” when booking by phone to secure the discounted rate. Please note that the discounted rates are in effect for the dates 10/2/26 – 10/4/26. Please note that your stay must be booked prior to 5 PM on the cut off date of 9/2/26, in order to receive the discounted rate. However, if you prefer to stay at any number of the Airbnbs, VRBOs, bed and breakfasts, local inns, or other hotels in the area, that is also perfectly okay! Ceremony

3:00 pm - 3:30 pm

The wedding ceremony will be held at Blue Mountain Vineyards, located at 184 Turkey Hill, Dahlonega, GA 30533, on Saturday, October 3rd, 2026 at 3 PM. We strongly recommend arriving at least 30 minutes before our 3 PM ceremony start time, or by 2:30 PM. A cocktail hour will follow from 3:30 - 4:30 PM, and then the reception, dinner, and drinks from 4:30 - 10:30 PM, all at the same location.
