We recommend booking a hotel as soon as you know you are coming. We know that those Razorback fans support their team with pride and may be looking for rooms as well for the football game that weekend. So, if you know that you'll make it or are comfortable booking, we'd highly recommend it!
Here are a few recommendations:
For flying:
Bentonville (small regional airport)
Tulsa (about a 2 hour drive away)
Kansas City (about a 4 hour drive away)
Bentonville: About 27 miles away or just under a 45 minute drive to the wedding venue. Very cute town square and great restaurants as well!
Fayetteville: Home of the Razorbacks! About 8 miles away or a 20 minute drive.
Springdale: Also about an 8 mile drive or about 15 minutes from the venue.
Rogers: About 17 miles or a 30 minute drive

We have a block of rooms reserved for guests here. Also, this will be across the street from where the wedding party will be staying. We will have a wedding shuttle do pick up and drop off at The Bike Inn across the street at 3:00 (be ready by 2:30).
