3:00 ceremony starts
End of ceremony- Bride and Groom in Reception hall, guests stay outside
3:40-family pictures
4:15 dinner set up then hall opens
4:45 dinner and speeches
End of speeches - cake cutting then music and chat/extra pictures and couples portraits if needed
8:00 bouquet toss and exit
8:15-9:30 - clean up and leave
