Chicago Midway International Airport

Chicago has two major airports but Chicago Midway is the closest to downtown and the wedding venue. The airline that flies into Midway is Southwest Airlines and Delta Airlines. This airport is smaller than O'hare. If you are not renting a car, the best way to get to the city is by train or Uber/Lyft/Taxi.

Chicago O'hare International Airport

Our largest airport is O'hare. It is on the north side of the city. If you are not renting a car we recommend taking the train (the blue line towards downtown), Uber, Lyft, or Cab. Depending on traffic it can take anywhere from 30-50 minutes to get to downtown. All airlines fly into O'hare!

We highly recommend getting an Airbnb for your stay in Chicago, it will come out cheaper than a hotel room. If you want to stay near the venue, we recommend looking for rentals in the following neighborhoods: South Loop, West Loop, Pilsen (where the venue is located) and The Loop (downtown). If you have a car, you can also rent in the following neighborhoods: Logan Square, Lincoln Park, and Wicker Park. If you are coming as a group we highly recommend making your Airbnb reservations 4-6 months in advance, since the wedding falls on a holiday weekend.
