Yes we do! We have a honeymoon registry. We have everything we need and in lieu of a bridal shower and gifts you are welcome to contribute any amount towards our honeymoon. Please visit our registry website at: www.zola.com/wedding/sheilaandmarcus
The closest airport to the venue would be Chicago Midway airport. It is smaller and a little easier to navigate. The other airport and the largest is Chicago O'hare airport which is further north of the city but will have more flight options. Flying into either airport is fine.
Please visit the "Travel" section of our website. We have listed hotels that are closest to the venue. We have also reserved a block of rooms at the AC hotel by Marriott, located in downtown Chicago, for $159/night.
While we love and adore kids, our wedding weekend is for adults only. We want you to have fun. Childish behavior from grown ups is expected and loosely encouraged!
We ask that everyone RSVP by April 1, 2023 (either online or mailing the invitation RSVP card) whether you are attending or not able to attend. Please RSVP by this date, if not, you will unfortunately not be able to attend our wedding. Our venue has strict rules and once we send them our final guest list it cannot be changed. Formal invitations were sent in January.
The ceremony and cocktail hour will be outdoors on a beautiful rooftop deck. Ladies should bring a shawl if they wish, sometimes Chicago can get breezy! The reception will be indoors.
Chicago weather can be unpredictable but temperatures can range anywhere from 60 degrees to the low 80’s. We recommend you check the weather a week before the wedding or bring a jacket or shawl, just in case…
