Shuttle From Parking Lot to Ceremony and Reception Location

A shuttle will run from Crieve Hall Elementary School to the venue, The Reynolds' Home! The school is where you will park. Please do not park on the street. Address for parking and shuttle location: 498 Hogan Rd, Nashville, TN 37220.

JW Marriott Nashville

The JW Marriott is a special place to us! We often are found at the bar on the very top floor drinking an espresso martini (her) and an old-fashioned (him), while we wait for his very favorite dessert in all of Nashville, the Smoked Valrhona Chocolate S’mores. With some of the best views in town, a stellar steakhouse (Bourbon Steak), a picturesque lobby, and a poppin' pool, this hotel is sure to impress. Southall Farm & Inn

Southall is another important place to us! This is where we got engaged over Labor Day weekend 2024. It's so beautiful and set in the Tennessee rolling hills. Their staff is amazing...they all knew that he was proposing and not one of them made a peep until I walked in for dinner with the ring on. It's south of Nashville in a town called Franklin. This area is more removed from the hustle and bustle of downtown Nashville and is about a 30 minute drive from the wedding venue. This space is a bit more pricey, but if you are looking for a different experience than Broadway, you will love the spa, hiking trails, and bonfires at this luxury resort!

The W Hotel is bumpin'! Located in the Gulch, it's definitely a fun spot if you want a bar that's known for dancing and DJs. The Gulch also hosts our favorite restaurant (hello second date, if you ask Madelyn and third, if you ask Nathan), Moto. We know the staff by name. And here's our order if you want to experience Moto like we do...carpaccio as an appetizer, hot honey pizza and bolognese for the main, and a side of brussels sprouts.

You won't find a more iconic Nashville hotel than the Union Station hotel! It's in the heart of downtown Nashville and is a core piece of the city's history.

Hilton Garden Inn Nashville Brentwood

This hotel is located very close to the ceremony and reception venue in Brentwood, TN! This town is south of the city as well, and is definitely more commercialized (Lululemon, Del Frisco's, and Publix, anyone?). Uncle Julio's is right around the corner from this spot, and that's the Mother of the Groom's favorite spot in town. You'll also find Puffy Muffin which is a girlie lunch spot that the bride and her mom have been going to since she was a little girl.
