What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

5:15pm This is an outdoor ceremony, and where we are getting married is very close to the drop-off spot by the driveway! The ceremony starts at 5:30pm promptly. Please plan to arrive at the ceremony location no later than 5:15pm to be seated. Shuttles from the parking lot will stop their last drop-off at 5:15pm. If you are late, please be respectful and wait until 6:00pm when the cocktail hour and reception starts. We would love our pictures to be uninterrupted and guests to enjoy the ceremony without distractions!

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Yes! Dress code is garden cocktail attire. Please no jeans, shorts or sun dresses. Here is a link to a Pinterest page for inspiration: https://pin.it/2FE2zEUiW. Please note that this is an outdoor wedding and reception.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Our wedding will be adults only! We have a limited number of children that are in the bridal party. Please hire a babysitter and enjoy a night out on us!

Where should I stay?

Answer

Please head over to the travel section of our site! We have recommended some of our favorite places to stay ranging from Nashville to slower pace parts of the city. There's Airbnbs and hotels!

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Yes. Please indicate on your RSVP if you have a food allergy. We will do our best to accommodate allergies and food sensitivities. We will reach out to you if our caterer is unable to accommodate your specific request so you can make plans!

Are you registered? Where?

Answer

Yes! Head to the Registry tab of the site. However, we do not expect gifts and your presence at our big day is simply enough.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes! You cannot park on site. Due to the backyard ceremony and reception, we have parking off-site at Crieve Hall Elementary School (498 Hogan Rd, Nashville, TN 37220). It is less than a 5 minute walk to the location and we will have shuttles running starting at 4:50pm-5:20pm. Then again from 9:00-10:00pm. Please, for the sake of pictures, do NOT park on the street. We would love for our pictures to be beautiful! We also strongly encourage the use of Uber or Lyft.

What is the schedule?

We have a page on the site with an extensive list of events and logistics for the wedding weekend! We have many opportunities for plus-ones to join in on the fun even if they can't attend the wedding. Please head to that page to determine what you want to do with us over the weekend! We kindly ask that you indicate on your RSVP if you plan on joining so we know what to communicate to the different restaurants, bars, and vendors.
