Somehow we both lived in Orlando for too many years without ever partaking in the swan boats. But once we did it, we were hooked. It's an inexpensive way to explore Lake Eola and the downtown area. Relax Bar & Grill is across from the swan boats if you're looking for a quick bite after your excursion.
Let's be honest, everyone thinks of the Mouse when you say Orlando. Luckily we planned our wedding during the off season/good weather season for the parks. So if you've never been or are an avid park enthusiast, now is the time to hit up one of the four Disney parks.
Home to several of our favorite restaurants like Polite Pig, Paddlefish and Jock Lindsey's Hangar Bar. You can also find fun experiences there such as The Void (virtual reality), Aerophile (hot air balloon ride) and the AMC dine in movie theater along with many others. You can easily spend a whole day here.
Art Smith's Homecomin' quickly became one of our favorite restaurants and may be our favorite restaurant ever. Just make sure you bring your appetite with you. The portions are ridiculous. For lunch or dinner, we recommend ordering the Thigh High Chicken Biscuits and Macaroni & Cheese. If you make it out for brunch, we suggest the Maple Bacon Doughnuts as a starter.
Ah, the place where we first met. Seth will tell you that the world stopped when I walked in the door that night. Seth's favorite is The Tuscan Melt and Shaylon suggests the Colossal PBJ if you have a sweet tooth.
An absolutely incredible Tapas style restaurant. This is a great way to share many small plates and bond over a meal with friends and family. This was the first restaurant we went to after Seth was cleared to go out after his kidney transplant.
This is where Seth first met Jacob and Alisa. It is also where we had our first photo taken because at one point we were terrible at selfies (if you can believe that). Seth says that the "world famous" shark kebabs live up to the hype.
