Kaua'i Wedding Ceremony

4:00 pm - 4:30 pm

Beach Attire: Wear linen pants, short-sleeved button downs, maxi dresses, and sandals. Please do not wear white or purple. The ceremony is located on grass, so you may want to rethink stilettos and leave those behind.

3:30pm | Guest Arrival to The Royal Sonesta 4:00pm | Guests Seated for the Ceremony 4:30pm | Ceremony Begins 5:15pm | Guests will be Escorted to Reception & Cocktail Hour Begins 5:30pm | Cocktail Hour Begins 6:45pm | Guests Find Their Seats for Dinner 7:00pm | Dinner 7:30pm | Speeches 8:15pm | Dancing 9:55pm | Bride & Groom Last Dance 10:00pm | Wedding Reception Concludes *Guests who are not staying at the Royal Sonesta please arrive at 3pm to the Resort to evade traffic and delaying the wedding, there is a bar and restaurant onsite for guests to enjoy located next to the pool ( 1 minute walk to ceremonial site). *There is free parking for all guests, please park in the Event Parking lot for free parking. *For guests staying onsite at the The Royal Sonesta please arrive to the ceremonial site by 3:40pm *For guests who are staying at the Kehlani Condo's, there are free 24hr shuttle services to take to and from the ceremonial site, please arrive to the ceremonial site by 3:40pm

Kaua'i Wedding Reception

7:00 pm - 10:00 pm

Uber, Lift, and other Taxi services stop at 11pm on the island. Please take this into consideration in being able to get safely home for the evening if you are staying offsite from the Royal Sonesta Resort (Kaua'i Marriott) or Kehlani Lagoon Condos.
