We’ll be gathering at the Romano Hotel (the hotel where will have a hotel block) in the hotel’s garden and fountain area for a relaxed kickoff to the weekend. Gentlemen: Breathable button-down shirts with lightweight pants. Loafers or clean sneakers all work. Ladies: Sundresses, skirts, or any breezy garden-party look. Florals, light fabrics, and comfortable shoes are perfect for walking on grass.

Shuttle Pick Up

Shuttle pick-up from the hotel (Romano Palace) to the venue (Castello Xirumi). The venue is approximately a 25-30 minute drive from the hotel.
Welcome Drink

The Wedding Dress Code is Black Tie Optional. Gentlemen: A tuxedo is welcome, but a dark suit with a tie is perfectly appropriate. Ladies: Please wear a formal dress that is below the knee or floor length.

Let’s dance the night away at our after party under the stars! At 2AM, shuttles will depart the venue (Castello Xirumi) back to the hotel (Romano Palace) Note: An early shuttle will be available around 11:30 PM for guests who prefer to return sooner.
