We are asking all guest to stay at the Couples Tower Isle. Check-in time: 4:00 PM Check-out time: 11:00 AM There is a minimum length of stay requirement on some dates and can be changed at any time for any period. Masks will also be available upon request. Masks will only be necessary in areas where social distancing is not possible. Worry Free Guarantee, you can now cancel your reservations with no penalties up to 5 days prior to arrival. *In light of recent updates to testing requirements, Couples will be offering 24-hour cancellation and a refund for the hotel portion for those who test positive from now until further notice.
Flight
Upon arrival to the MBJ Airport, proceed to the Couples Resort Lounge, located outside the Immigration & Customs area in Ground Transportation Arrivals Hall. Your complimentary shuttle from MBJ has been arranged as long as your flight details have been provided to crres@couples.com or by calling 1 800 COUPLES no later than (7) days prior to travel. Travel Note
STEP 1 In order to ensure you have transportation from MBJ to the hotel each traveler is required to provide arrival flight details to Couples Tower Isle no later than 7 days prior to travel. Failure to provide flight details may result in long delays and/or elimination of this included benefit. There are two ways to send the hotel your flight details. (1) By emailing crres@couples.com (2) By calling 1 800 COUPLES. Upon arrival to the Montego Bay Airport, once you have been cleared by Customs you may proceed to the Couples Resort Lounge, conveniently located outside the Immigration and Customs area. Your complimentary shuttle from Montego Bay (Sangster International) airport has been arranged as long as your flight details have been provided as per above.

STEP 2 Complete Travel Authorization Document All persons travelling to Jamaica require a Travel Authorization (TA) document. - Earliest date you can complete the form is 2/15/22 - A TA is NOT required to book your flight. It is however a requirement for check-in and boarding and the airlines will not allow passengers to board without it. - To obtain a TA document, visit https://travelauth.visitjamaica.com - Non-resident applications may be submitted anytime within the (7) day period before the intended date of travel. - All applications will be assessed immediately, with the outcome given onscreen and also sent to your registered email. - If TA is approved, you will receive the notification by email. - You will need to present the TA in print or on electronic device at airline check-in, and for arrival processing in Jamaica. Note:You may also apply for other family members’ Travel Authorization but must indicate that you are applying for "Someone Else" at the appropriate stage.

STEP 3 Get a Covid-19 test within 3 days (02/19/2022) of planned travel to Jamaica. STEP 4 Proceed to the airport: Present your TA & negative Covid-19 test Upon arrival, travelers will undergo a health screening and risk assessment and may still be required to be tested at the airport or designated facility, if, for example, they are exhibiting symptoms despite presenting a negative COVID-19 PCR test certificate to board their flight. In this case, travelers would await their test result in their hotel room. If the test is negative, they would leave the confines of their hotel room and continue their stay in Jamaica under the “Stay in Resilient Corridor” control measure. If the result of the test is positive, they would be isolated either at the hotel/resort or in a government facility as determined by the health authorities. Persons not required to be tested on arrival will be allowed to go to their hotel/resort under the “Stay in Resilient Corridor” control measure.
