To get to our adult resorts in Jamaica, fly direct To Jamaica’s Montego Bay Sangster International Airport (MBJ). From the airport, Couples Resorts provides complimentary transportation to the either Negril or Ocho Rios

Can I use a home test kit as proof of my negative COVID results?

No, HomeKits results will not be accept.

Will I be tested for covid prior to existing Jamaica?

Answer

Yes, The U.S. will require all international travelers to show proof of a negative COVID-19 test prior to entering the U.S. Couples Resorts will provide rapid antigen testing to our guests* free of charge, with little to no interruption to their stay. Testing will be conducted on property by a contracted medical provider within three days of departure. Results will be available via email within 24 hours.

How will my COVID test be scheduled prior to leaving Jamaica?

Answer

Both antigen and PCR tests for appropriate travelers will be scheduled during check-in at the resort. Guests will be responsible for arriving during the testing window provided. If missed, guests will have to reschedule or make their own arrangements. If a guest claims a false-positive result, they can immediately retest at their own expense.

What happens if I test positive prior to leaving Jamaica?

Answer

Guests who test positive will be quarantined in a complimentary room for up to 14 days. If additional rooms are necessary, a separate room will be available at a deeply discounted rate. Current terms and conditions are valid until the Jamaican government directs otherwise. This may change without notice based on the direction and requirements of the CDC and DOT.
