Transportation to Venue
3:30 pm
Shuttles will run from the the Hilton Garden Inn and Hampton Inn & Suites to the wedding venue. It is a 15-20 minute drive from town to the wedding venue. Shuttles will return from the venue to the hotels at 8:45 and 9:45 pm. There is limited cell reception at the venue so if you take Uber/Lyft to the wedding, please plan to ride one of the provided shuttles back to town. Please RSVP if you will be riding a shuttle TO the venue. If so, please let us know which hotel you will be departing from. If are staying in an AirBnB or other hotel, please select one of the two designated hotels to depart from (Hilton Garden Inn or Hampton Inn & Suites).
Wedding

We're calling the attire "Bend Black Tie". What does that look like? It's really up to you, but think mountain chic. A puffy coat for after sunset wouldn't be out of place. The venue is all outdoors, so you might want to avoid bringing your highest heels. Otherwise, just bring yourself and get ready to have fun!
We can't wait to see you and celebrate! Dinner will include options for gluten-free, vegetarian, and vegan. Please let us know if you require other accommodations.
