How do I RSVP?
Answer
We request that all guests RSVP through our wedding website. Please RSVP to all events you will be attending on the "RSVP" tab on this website.

What date should I RSVP by?
Answer
Please RSVP to all events by May 10th, 2025. We are relying on timely RSVPs in order to coordinate seating, room assignments, and transportation logistics.

What day am I expected to arrive?
Answer
We've planned festivities from Tuesday evening to Friday morning. The first event will be a welcome pizza party starting at 7:30PM. Of course you're welcome to fly in earlier if you plan to extend your trip!

Where am I staying?
Answer
All guests will stay onsite at Castello La Leccia. There is a 3-night minimum with events planned each day, so guests will arrive Tuesday, August 19th and depart Friday morning, August 22nd.

How should I pay for my stay?
Answer
Shannon and Connor have reserved Castello La Leccia for the 3 night event exclusively for our guests. As a token of their appreciation for your attendance, the couple has personally paid for one night of your 3-night stay which lowers the total cost for their guests (making room rates more reasonable). Shannon and Connor will be in touch personally to share billing instructions. Room payments can be sent to Shannon via Venmo by July 1st, 2025.

What's included with my stay?

Castello La Leccia is a beautiful boutique wine resort in Tuscany. All rooms have views over the surrounding countryside and are elegantly furnished with wood floors and beamed ceilings. The private property includes a restaurant, pool, spa, and panoramic gardens on site. Breakfast and a wine tasting at Castello La Leccia is also included with your stay. Aside from the breathtaking property of Castello La Leccia, Shannon and Connor have planned events all 3-days to make this celebration memorable and enjoyable for all! How am I getting from the airport to the venue?
Answer
Due to our guests arriving in Italy at various times throughout the week, we encourage guests to rent a car or plan for a car service for transport to the venue. Having a vehicle will likely allow guests to build their pre and post event schedule without the need of transportation service. Please be advised that day of taxi service may be limited due to the nature of rural Tuscany being quiet, so we reccomend booking transportation (car or chauffeur) in advance of that week.

What is the dress code for the weekend?

Tuesday, August 19th: Welcome Pizza Party Cocktail attire is encouraged. Think linen pants, cocktail dresses, or sundresses. The bride will be wearing white, so please stay away from white dresses (white shirts are fine for men). Wednesday, August 20th: Wedding Day The wedding is a formal event, so we'd love for you to dress to impress! Think suits and ties, cocktail dresses, or evening gowns. Please feel free to wear any color you love—just kindly avoid white. Thursday, August 21st: Optional Wine Tasting Tour This is an optional/free day so dress as you please! Whether that be in a bathing suit by the pool, or a flowy dress to join the wine tour- it's up to you! You're in Italy, so have fun with it and dress what makes you feel good and comfortable! Friday, August 22: Optional Farewell Breakfast/Departure Day As you drop by for a quick breakfast before heading out, we expect to see you in casual/comfortable clothes as this is a travel day! No dress code required.

What time is check-in and check-out?
Answer
Check-in time at Castello La Leccia is after 2:00PM on Tuesday, August 19th. Early check-in is not possible. Check-out time is no later than 10:30AM on Friday, August 22nd. If any rooms are not vacated by this time, Castello La Leccia will charge a 50% fee of the room rate. If you arrive before check-in (2:00PM), you are able to leave your baggage at the reception and have lunch or stay in the garden until your room is ready.
