Erin Luibrand
Maid of Honor
Erin is Shannon's sister closest in age to her, and she is Shannon's first friend. Shannon and Erin grew up as two peas in a pod, and did absolutely everything together. Erin has a heart of gold, and is sensitive and kind, but at the same time, she’s brilliant and a real bad ass too. Erin is a First Lieutenant in the U.S. Army, and by the time of the wedding, she will have just graduated Law School at Catholic University in D.C. Erin also has a master's degree in cyber security and a bachelors from Salve Regina University. They weren’t kidding when they said she’s a bad ass. So basically, if you see her with empty hands at the wedding, get her a drink!
Colleen Luibrand
Maid of Honor
Yup, there’s more than one Maid of Honor because the bride has three sisters and couldn't pick just one. Meet Shannon’s sister, Colleen! Colleen's outgoing personality makes her the life of every party, and there is no Luibrand party without her. She keeps her family laughing with her quick wit and spunk, and she’s always down for anything. Colleen is a graduate of Northeastern University in Boston, but spent most of her college years abroad in places like Macedonia, London and Ireland working for entities like the State Department. She’s currently living the life and working in London. When she's not traveling the Globe, you can catch her singing karaoke in the states.
Morgan Luibrand
Maid of Honor
Morgan is Shannon's baby sister. The youngest of four girls, Morgan is known for her easy going way, her kind heart and her ability to get an entire room laughing hysterically. She can patch up any wound without squirming and can listen to any problem without judgement. By the time of the wedding, she will just have just graduated Adelphi University on Long Island, and she will be well on her way to fulfilling her dream of becoming a nurse. Morgan has known Adrian since she was 11 years old! And if you see them interact, you would think they were brother and sister.
Maricela Ramirez
Bridesmaid
Maricela is Adrian's big sister. They grew up inseparable and often times, people confused them for twins. Mari has a contagious giggle that makes everyone want to laugh along with her. She is extremely hardworking and determined, and would do absolutely anything for family. Mari is a graduate of CalState Northridge in California and is an amazing mom to Shannon and Adrian’s cute little ring bearer (and godson), Emiliano. Shannon has known Mari for almost as long as she has known Adrian, and she is so excited to officially call her a sister. Mari lives in Southern California with her husband Jovan and their son.
Katie Fagan
Bridesmaid
Katie is Shannon's first cousin, and just one year older than her. She grew up with the Luibrand girls like a sister, and can be found in most of their childhood and adulthood pictures. She and Adrian have become close over the years, and some may argue, they can be a bad influence on each other (see every holiday party for evidence). Katie is a world traveler, and has been everywhere from Greece to Bali and has even spent time abroad with her cousin Colleen. She has a bachelors and masters degree from Springfield University and is an occupational therapist in Boston. If you see her, you may mistake her for a Luibrand sister (and she basically is so it’s okay).
Patricia Holliday
Bridesmaid
Patricia is one of Shannon’s best friends, her former suitmate and housemate (and who can forget the summer they lived together in Harlem) and she’s a close friend of Adrian’s as well. They met sophomore year of college when they were randomly placed in the same dorm suite, and their friendship grew from there. Shannon has no idea what she would do without Patricia’s advice, support and food recommendations (check out her instagram y’all). Patricia lives in Queens with her boyfriend Corey just a few blocks from Shannon and Adrian. She works for the hit MTV show, “Teen Mom.” Look for her on the dance floor, where she’s guaranteed to be showing off her infamous moves!
Tricia Murphy-Lynch
Bridesmaid
Tricia is a newlywed! She married her high school sweetheart (also Shannon and Adrian’s college friend) in May 2019, and Shannon was honored to be one of her bridesmaids. Tricia and Shannon met in college and she is one of Shannon’s best friends. Shannon can always count on her for gluten-free food ideas, beach days, catching up over margaritas, and to listen and show up when life gets tough. Tricia’s wedding duties began early, as Shannon started bombarding her with questions shortly after getting engaged (and continues to do so). Tricia lives in Queens with her husband Kieran, but you can often catch her running on the boardwalk in Long Beach. She has a masters degree from Adelphi University and is a middle school teacher, so yeah, make sure she has plenty of drinks at the wedding too.
Angelique Hassanein
Bridesmaid
Angelique is Shannon’s sorority pledge sister and one of her best friends. They met their freshman year at St. John’s, and became really close sophomore year when they pledged Gamma Phi Beta. Angelique is a rock for Shannon, and she’s known since early on in college, Angelique would one day be by her side on her wedding day. Angelique is a ray of sunshine, and if you’ve met her, you know it’s not cliche to say she lights up a room when she walks into it. Her support is unwavering, and she is the best listener. She and Adrian are also very good friends. Angelique is a social worker, and has a masters degree from Adelphi University. She grew up in the Bronx, and currently lives there with her adorable dog and one-eyed kitty.
Rindaanne Riccio
Bridesmaid
Rinda is Shannon’s sorority big sister. Shannon doesn’t have a biological big sister, and in college and beyond, Rinda played that role for her. Rinda has supported and been there for Shannon through some of the best and worst times in her life, always offering sound advice and always showing up, no matter the distance or effort it took. She is known for putting her all into everything she does, and never does anything halfway. Rinda is a Brooklyn native, but now lives in Connecticut, where she works at the University of Connecticut (UConn). She has a masters degree from Penn State and is the aunt to a bunch of adorable nieces and nephews. Oh, and most importantly, like Shannon *and* Adrian, she’s a Scorpio!
Eduardo Marin
Best Man
Both Shannon and Adrian consider Eduardo their best man. He was there at the beginning of their relationship, and saw it grow into what it is today. Eduardo lived across the hall from Adrian their freshmen year of college at St. John’s and they bonded early on. Shannon met them shortly after that, and all three instantly hit it off. They all grew up together, tackled post-college together and entered adulthood together. Shannon and Adrian love Eduardo like a brother and it only makes sense he would be Adrian’s best man. Eduardo works in tech and is a computer whiz. He grew up both in Peru and Las Vegas. He and his amazing girlfriend and their pup, Clementine, live a few blocks away from Shannon and Adrian in Queens.
Jesus “Chuy” Tovar
Groomsman
Chuy is Adrian’s oldest brother, and is the epitome of oldest child in all the best ways. Chuy is a guardian and protector, and has a huge heart. He is an extremely hard worker, and never complains. He and his wife Hilda make an amazing team and are the kind of people who would drop anything to be there for family and friends in need. They always step up to the plate to get things done. Chuy is a history and war buff, who is always excited to learn and do new things. He loves spending weekends traveling the country with Hilda in his Jeep (the videos are awesome). He lives in Fontana, California, with Hilda and their two dogs, Champ and Dana.
Armando “Mando” Tovar

Armando “Mando” is second in line out of the four Tovar siblings, and Adrian’s older brother. Adrian and Mando shared a room for nearly 20 years! Mando is the father to four amazing kids, which includes Shannon and Adrian’s two junior groomsmen and flower girl. Mando has found a new passion for working out and getting fit, and likes to always be busy. He loves to play video games in his free time. He is a night owl, and works the overnight shift (which Shannon can relate to after having done it as well — it’s really hard!). He lives in Chino, California.
Jovan Ramirez
Groomsman
Jovan is Adrian’s brother-in-law. And if you’ve met him, you know he has an amazing personality. Jovan is always laughing, smiling and cracking jokes. He is quick-witted in both Spanish and English, a “do-er” as he is always the first to step up and help, and an amazing dad to Shannon and Adrian’s ring bearer and godson, Emiliano. Jovan grew up in Mexico and has a twin sister. He is working really hard on perfecting his English (and doing awesome). He was a professional boxer and traveled the U.S. for matches, but he has hung up the gloves for now, as he works and raises his son with his wife, Maricela. They live together in Southern California.
Ricardo Diaz
Groomsman
Ricardo is Adrian’s first cousin and they grew up together more like brothers. Eventually, they ended up going away to college together at St. John’s University. Ricardo introduced Shannon to Adrian during the first week of college after they had met studying abroad in Italy before school started. Ricardo has always been a constant and important part of their lives. He is an extremely hard worker and has always had a passion for law, history and learning new things. After undergrad, he went to Law School at Pepperdine University in Malibu. He is now a practicing lawyer in Southern California. If there’s a piano around, ask him to play!
Jason Jeannot
Groomsman
Jason is Adrian’s good friend from college. They met their junior year, when they were both Resident Assistants in Century Hall at St. John’s University. They ran a floor together and quickly realized, they made a great team. Jason is down to earth, funny and thoughtful. He is someone Adrian knows he can call up at anytime and he will drop anything to be there for him and they always pick up right where they left off. Jason works at St. John’s where he is finishing his masters degree. He is originally from Florida, and Shannon and Adrian can’t understand why he ever wanted to leave the Sunshine State!
Xavier Tovar
Junior Groomsman
Xavier is Adrian’s nephew. The year Xavier was born, Adrian was in high school, and he picked him up from daycare every day after school. They bonded, and to this day, they have a very special relationship. Shannon was first introduced to Xavier when he was around 3 years old. Xavier has the kindest soul, and is so funny. He keeps his uncle and soon-to-be aunt laughing, and even as he gets older, they are completely smitten with him. For Shannon and Adrian’s engagement party, Xavier was surprised by his grandparents with a trip to New York. Shannon and Adrian enjoyed every second of Xavier’s visit, and can’t imagine their wedding day without him by their sides.
Lionel Tovar
Junior Groomsman
Lionel, also known as “Leo,” is Xavier’s little brother and Adrian’s nephew. Shannon first met Leo when he was just around six months old, and she was instantly obsessed (and still is). Leo is the cutest little thing and Shannon and Adrian like to joke that he’s cute and he knows it! He has spunk, a big personality and his giggle is the best. Shannon and Adrian think Leo will look super fly on their wedding day.
Rosalyn Tovar
Flower Girl
Rosalyn is Xavier and Lionel’s sister and Adrian’s niece. Rosalyn is the sweetest little girl. She is sensitive and caring, and even though she is quiet, she is always watching and absorbing everything around her. Shannon and Adrian love tearing up dance floors with Rosalyn, who is a master at twirling once she feels the music! Shannon and Adrian can’t wait to see how beautiful Rosalyn will look in her flower girl dress, and can’t wait to see her twirl.
Emiliano Ramirez
Ring Bearer
Last, but certainly, not least. Come on, the picture speaks for itself! He’s freaking adorable. Emiliano is Adrian’s nephew and Shannon and Adrian’s godson. The moment Emi entered this world, Shannon and Adrian were obsessed. He is the perfect mix of his parents, Maricela and Jovan. He has the best smile and giggle, and he is so easy going. Meeting Emiliano was one of the best parts of Shannon and Adrian’s engagement party, and getting to baptize him a few months later was something that meant the world to them. They can’t wait to watch Emi grow, and to be a big part of their special day.
