Beach attire
If you're in town ahead of our wedding, we would love to see you for a beach welcome! Light lunch will be provided. You can find us just down the stairs at the Matthews Avenue Beach Access area. That area is across the street from a strip mall which includes a Dollar General and Italian restaurant. The entrance to the parking lot connected to the beach is right at the traffic light. Search "Matthews Avenue Beach Access" on Google maps and it should take you to the parking lot in between two condo complexes (Castle Reef and Hacienda Del Sol) or click map below. Exact address is above. It's about a 8 minute drive or Uber from Flagler Avenue. Parking in the lot is limited, but available. Bring your bathing suit, towel and sunscreen!

Our Ceremony
5:00 pm - 5:30 pm

Our cellphone free ceremony will be on the water at the Brannon Center. The ceremony will take place on the dock behind the building, and last around 30 minutes. We ask guests who are not taking the shuttle bus to arrive at the ceremony by 4:30 p.m. to give enough time for everyone to be seated. Reminder, this is an unplugged wedding ceremony, meaning no photos or videos. Please put away and silence your cellphones until the ceremony is over, then take all the photos your heart desires! Attire is cocktail/formal. Shuttle bus: A shuttle bus will pick up guests at the SpringHill Suites by Marriott New Smyrna Beach at 4 p.m. and then the Hampton Inn New Smyrna Beach. The shuttle bus will again pickup at the Marriott promptly at 4:30 p.m. and then Hampton Inn New Smyrna Beach. Guests not staying at the hotels can still go to the hotels for pickups. At the end of the night, the shuttle bus will drop guests off at the same hotels.
Cocktail Hour & Reception
5:30 pm - 10:30 pm

Our cocktail hour will begin immediately after the ceremony, and will last an hour. It will be located next to the ceremony and guests will have the option to hang out outside on the water or inside in the AC (the bar will be located inside). The reception will begin after cocktail hour and go until 10:30 p.m. Last call will be at 10:15 p.m. The last shuttle bus will depart the Brannon Center for the hotels around 10:45 p.m.
After Party

We plan on keeping the party going! The shuttle bus will be dropping guests off at the two hotels on Flagler Avenue after the reception. Both hotels are a few minutes walking distance from Flagler Tavern, where the after party will be. Head back to the hotel to quickly change, or head right to the bar in your wedding attire, either way we plan to meet there for more dancing and drinks around 11:15 p.m.!
