This welcome night is extended to our out of state and beyond guests. Please join us Friday evening for some food & drinks after your travels. This is an indoor/outdoor space with yard games where children are welcome. Let the host know you are joining the Stubblefields when you arrive. There will be buffet style food provided by the bride & groom, drinks will be at guests expense.

Ceremony

Formal - please ensure both shoulders and knees are covered as a sign of respect inside the church.
Please arrive 15minutes early and respect the sacred silence while inside the church. Guests are welcome to sit wherever they are most comfortable amongst the pews. The ceremony will begin promptly at 1pm and will last around 1 hour. There will be a break in the day and guests are welcome to do as they please until the reception.
Reception
5:00 pm - 10:00 pm

Formal - guests are welcome to dress down should they feel comfortable.
An outdoor cocktail hour will begin at 5pm. At 6pm the indoor reception will begin, guests will be welcome to sit wherever they are most comfortable. There will be a 4 hour open bar and a buffet style meal. The reception will wrap up at 10pm and guests will need to leave the venue. There are many late night bars along with a 24hr casino in St Charles should guest want to continue the party.

We think it’s very fitting that the 20th Annual Missouri River Irish Festival will be held during our wedding weekend! Come join the newlyweds if you are still in town. We will be there from 12pm-4pm, entrance is $5, there will be live music and food/drink vendors. This is an outdoor venue and should be suitable for children.
