Rooms are limited, so we recommend booking by September 1, 2025 to guarantee your spot. Mountain-view rooms are available for a small upgrade, and each room can accommodate up to four guests. We also suggest arriving on Thursday to settle in, get a good night’s rest, and adjust to the high elevation - altitude sickness is common in Colorado, and arriving early helps you acclimate before the festivities kick off on Friday!

Colorado Springs Airport OR Denver International Airport
✈️ COS is a small airport and may not have many direct flights. The easiest way to reach us is by flying into Denver International Airport (DEN) and taking a short connecting flight to Colorado Springs (COS). 🚗 If you prefer to drive from DEN, rental cars are available at DEN for the 1.5-hour trip. However, a car isn’t necessary unless you’d like to explore hiking trails or nearby attractions during your stay.

Cheyenne Mountain Resort offers a convenient shuttle service to and from Colorado Springs Airport (COS): $29 total for 1–4 passengers or $39 for 5–6 passengers. You can purchase shuttle tickets here: https://www.lazparking.com/locations/cheyenne-mountain-resort-shuttle Shuttle Schedule: From COS Airport to Resort: Every 30 minutes from 5:30 AM to 10:30 PM From Resort to COS Airport: Every hour from 5:00 AM to 10:00 PM (Shuttles run 7 days a week.) Alternative Option: Uber/Lyft rides from COS typically cost $25–$50 for the 15-minute trip. Please note: There is no shuttle service from Denver Airport - only from Colorado Springs Airport (COS).
