We chose Cheyenne Mountain Resort because it captures everything we love about this area - breathtaking scenery, outdoor adventures, and perfect moments to unwind. Between the resort’s mountain golf course, scenic hiking trails, and relaxing spa, you’ll find plenty of ways to enjoy this beautiful setting. For those craving more adventure, some of our favorite local experiences await just beyond the property – from heart-pumping whitewater rafting to peaceful horseback rides with mountain views. Garden of the Gods

Whether you’re snapping photos or simply soaking it all in, this iconic Colorado spot is a must-see! You don’t need to hike to enjoy the stunning red rock formations - there’s a scenic drive with plenty of pull-offs for photos and gentle walks to nearby viewpoints. The Garden of the Gods Visitor Center also offers a short film and lovely café with mountain views.

Manitou Incline

For our adventurous guests, the Manitou Incline is a legendary local challenge - over a mile of steep, straight-up stairs (2,768 steps!) gaining 2,000 feet in elevation. It’s intense, especially in the June heat, so bring water, start early, and only attempt it if you’re up for a serious workout with epic mountain views as your reward!
