FAQs

Question

What activities does the Cheyenne Mountain Resort offer?

Answer

Cheyenne Mountain Resort has something for everyone! Enjoy five pools, including an indoor pool, an Olympic-size outdoor pool, and a private adults-only pool. Stay active with indoor/outdoor tennis, pickleball, basketball, beach volleyball, and boat access to the private lake, with kayaks available for rent. The fitness center offers 60+ classes a month, including yoga, spin, and pilates. You can also unwind at the full-service spa or dine at one of several on-site restaurants - our favorite is the Mountain View Restaurant, where the delicious breakfast buffet will be served.

Question

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate for everyone to get a plus one. On the RSVP tab of this website, your invitation includes everyone in your party who is invited. We’re so excited to celebrate with you and truly appreciate your understanding!

Question

Are kids welcome?

Answer

As much as we love your kiddos, this will be an adult only wedding. Thank you for understanding!

Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Yes! We’ll be sharing themes for each event later this fall, so hold off on shopping for now (we promise it'll be worth the wait!). For now, here’s what to expect: Indian formal for the Mehendi & Sangeet on Friday, and either Western or Indian formal for the Wedding & Reception on Saturday. We want you to look absolutely stunning, but most importantly, make sure you’re comfy enough to dance the night away!

Question

Where can I get Indian attire?

Answer

Here are a few websites that offer affordable Indian outfit options. For women, we suggest lehengas, anarkalis, or pre-stitched saris. For men, sherwanis or kurtas are great choices. If you have any questions, feel free to reach out to Shaneli, as she’s more than happy to help you pick the perfect outfit! www.lashkaraa.com www.kalkifashion.com www.utsavfashion.com www.houseofindya.com

Question

Do I need to rent a car?

Answer

If you fly into Denver, we highly suggest to rent a car! If you fly into Colorado Springs, this is up to you! A car is necessary only if you want to go hiking.

Question

I've never been to Colorado before...any suggestions regarding the higher altitude?

Answer

We encourage all of our guests to stay well hydrated throughout the weekend. This tends to help symptoms related to the higher elevation and altitude sickness.
