For those of you travelling, we recommend hotels and Airbnbs in the downtown or lower city. There are lots of options within a 1-2km radius of the venue.
Bear in mind that Hamilton is a sprawling city of over 700,000. Unless you have access to a car, you might want to avoid staying on the mountain (south of the long swath of green on the map that runs east-west through the city), too far west of Highway 403, or any further east than Ottawa Street.
Feel free to reach out to us to ask for advice! Whatever you choose, it is easy to get around the city by taxi/Uber, bike and by bus along certain corridors.
Hamilton has an airport, but you will want to fly to Toronto Pearson Airport if you're coming across the Atlantic. There are many airlines that fly direct from Dublin and London.
