If you are travelling across the Atlantic and haven't been to Ontario before, we hope you'll see this invitation as an opportunity to experience this part of the world! Hamilton is handily situated right between Toronto and Niagara Falls.
On Friday 14th, the evening before the wedding, check out Art Crawl - a busy street festival along James Street, just north of the wedding venue.
While you are in Hamilton you could explore some of the city's beautiful waterfalls and escarpment trails. Also consider going tubing down the Elora Gorge, an hour's drive to the northwest.
If you head for Niagara Falls, don't miss the spectacular Niagara Glen. Maybe visit the wineries and orchards around the beautiful town of Niagara-on-the-Lake, and enjoy peak peach season.
