If you're coming to camp with your own set up, thats great! Or your own motor home (there is a hook up), fantastic! Otherwise, let us know via the RSPV portal if you require a luxury bell tent. We are using a company called 'The Somerset Bell Tent Co' who will set up more comfortable bell tents on site with proper bedding. If you wish to stay on site in more luxury, this might be for you! The cost would be £150 for the three nights, and each tent sleeps 2 people (we can arrange larger tents if you need one! Or if you would like to crash with your friends!). When you request a tent, the amount is payable as a bank transfer which I will send to you.

The Oakhill Inn

This is really close to the venue! If you fancy to being a part of the process, but really want your comforts this is the place for it. They do really good food too.

This is a reliable company to book transport to and from the venue. It will have to be done in advance, however they are very flexible. Their vehicle is an 8 seater, so if you're happy to carpool, let us know and we may put others in your rides if you're coming from Bath.

Get in touch with us to find out if there are any people driving to the venue with space to spare in the car! Likewise, let us know if you're willing to offer your spare car seats!
