Venue Set Up

10:00 am - 5:00 pm

As comfy as you can.

The bridal and grooms parties, as well as close friends and family, will be on-site at the venue getting it ready for the next day. There is no obligation to anyone to be present for this, but all extra hands are helpful! Additionally, this may be the day where you rock in the afternoon to set up camp. The evening meal will be pizza's and sundowners as we share the last night with two different surnames- if you want to join us for this, please do! Just let us when you'll be arriving, and we may give you some tasks to do.

Our Ceremony

1:00 pm - 2:30 pm

Garden Party/ Summer-Time Picnic

Please arrive roughly 30 mins before! The ceremony will be followed by the wedding breakfast, which will be set up by the barn, Sean will usher you around. Following lunch, will be a 4 hour window after the ceremony before the reception begins. This is to allow people to join us for the second part of the wedding without rush. If you wish, you could leave here as well or take a nap. It's up to you!

Reception

Sat, Jul 4, 2026, 6:00 pm - Sun, Jul 5, 2026, 1:30 am

There is no curfew, so party away! There will be some pizza and a grazing table. Drinks will be provided, but feel free to bring your own too if you have a preference (our bar will be limited in selection)! At 18:30, we will bring out the cake and call everyone to attention. Here we will cut the cake, do little thank-you speeches (we have a lot to be thankful for) and do our first dance.

The Next Morning

10:00 am - 5:45 pm

The morning after the big party we'll be making a large communal fry up to celebrate the end of the festivities, nurse any sensitive hangovers, chat about the events that would have gone down the night before. The more the merrier.
