REMINDER: NO PARKING AT THE VENUE
A shuttle bus will be provided to get guests from the Highline Hotel in Vail, CO to the venue. There are only two departure times, so please don't miss the bus! First bus leaves at 4:10 and the second bus leaves at 4:35.

We have a block at this hotel under the Galegher/Ray wedding. There will be a shuttle provided to get guests to and from our wedding venue. This is also the location of our Saturday farewell brunch. So far, our guests have found that booking online went more smoothly than booking via phone.

How Do We Get to Vail?
The city of Vail is approximately a two hour drive from Denver International Airport. You are welcome to get a rental car or share one with other guests to make the drive west. You can also contact the Highline hotel front desk to arrange transportation. If there is enough interest, we may also consider renting a shuttle if many guests are arriving around the same time to DIA. Please contact the bride or groom if interested in this.
