Is there a dress code?

Answer

Semi-formal. It may help you to know that the wedding ceremony is outside on grass and the reception is indoors. But be aware that mountain weather can be temperamental!

How to get to the wedding?

Answer

Turtle bus company will bring guests directly to the ceremony from the highline vail hotel in only two trips- first bus leaves at 4:10, the last bus leaves at 4:35. Shuttles departing every half hour starting at 8:30 will bring guests back to the highline.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Yes! Please let the bride or groom know so we can help our caterers best accommodate. Both the salmon and beef options are already listed gluten free.

When do the bride and groom get to Vail?

Answer

Shannon and Cameron will be in Vail by Wednesday night and are not leaving until Monday morning. If you are planning on coming a bit early or staying a bit late, let the bride and groom know, we'd love to see more of you!
