Booking Requirements
Dreams Jade Resort & Spa is a wonderful, all-inclusive resort, so your room cost will be your only expense while in Cancun. As per resort policy, all guests must stay within our room block and stay for at least 3 nights (we recommend arriving on May 7 and departing on May 10). Guests who do not stay in our room block will not be on the resort guest list for our wedding events. Room Categories in our Room Block Info (Invitation Code: Seaside)
Regular Rooms: 1. Jr. Suite (700 sqft or 65 sq meters): King bed room accommodates 2 adults + 2 children max. 2 double beds room accommodates 3 adults + 1 child max (2 adults + 2 kids is also fine). 2. Jr. Suite Ocean View: Same as #1 but with Ocean View. Preferred Rooms: Booking Preferred is absolutely NOT required, but you may choose to for additional perks (Preferred lounge with work areas & premium spirits + appetizers, 1 adults-only pool & swim-up bar, & breakfast at the adults-only Mercure restaurant instead/in addition to the general breakfast buffet). 1. Preferred Club Suite Ocean View: (765 sqft or 71 sq meters): King bed room accommodates 2 adults + 2 children max. 2 double beds room accommodates 3 adults + 1 child max (2 adults + 2 kids is also fine). 2. Booking Rooms
All rooms part of our original room block are now booked (except 1 Preferred Club Suite Ocean View King). If you would like to book that one Pref Club room, use the booking site linked above (with the room block info). For all other room types: 1. Click the “View” button below to fill out a Reservation Request form with your info, desired dates & desired room type. 2. Our Travel Agent Kevin will confirm your booking with the resort. 3. Kevin (or another Seaside Rendezvous team member or donotreply@classicvacations.com) will email you with a payment link once the reservation has been approved. Please pay your room deposit (50% of total room cost by November 15) via that link to confirm your reservation. Feel free to reach out to us with any questions. Remember you must book within our room block. Thank you!
Pricing Notes
1. Prices listed on our travel agent's "Our Wedding" page are per person per night, not per room. 2. Prices are based on the number of adults staying in a room, so there will be a different per person rate if one adult is staying in the room (single occupancy), 2 adults (double occupancy), or 3 (triple occupancy). 3. Children ages 3-12: $82/child/night for all room categories. Children under 3 are free. Children above 12 are considered adults when booking. Please consider that when looking at the occupancy limits & make sure you're thinking about the child's age at the time of travel. Our travel agent's website will auto-calculate total cost for you based on the age you input. 4. You will see a traveler's insurance option on the booking site - that is absolutely optional. 5. You may see that Eco Tax is not included. Resorts sometimes do & sometimes don't charge this, but it is only $2/person/night. Booking Instructions & Payment Dates
October 1, 2025: Last day to RSVP and book your room (a $300/room nonrefundable deposit is required to book). November 15, 2025: 50% of your room payment is due (nonrefundable). January 10, 2026: Full payment for your room is due (nonrefundable). If any of these dates pose an extraordinary hardship or unforeseen circumstances arise, please reach out to the bride & groom at somani.mejia@gmail.com to discuss further. Thank you! Please also keep in mind that we only have a certain number of each room type reserved in our room block. If you want a room that is sold out within our room block, our travel agent is happy to request it from the resort, but it will be based on available inventory at that time. Thus, we highly encourage booking early if possible!
Airport Transportation
When booking rooms on our Travel Agent's site, please select "No" for if you would like to add transfers due to the following: On high-traffic days (such as May 7th and May 10th), we will be covering transportation from the airport to resort or vice-versa for our guests. Other days will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis depending on if there are sufficient guests arriving/departing within given time windows for us to set up group transportation options. If you aren't arriving on a high-traffic day, we can recommend airport transportation options for you to book. However, please do not book transfers yourself until we see if it's possible for us to group you with some other guests and cover your transportation! In order for us to plan group transportation, as soon as you book your flights, please let us know when you will be arriving & departing by filling out this form.
Additional Dates/Extending your Trip
If you would like to extend your trip to arrive before May 6, 2026 and/or depart after May 11, 2026, please use the reservation request form here (click "View") to request that via our travel agent Kevin. He (or another Seaside Rendezvous team member or donotreply@classicvacations.com) will email you with a payment link once the reservation has been approved by the resort. Please pay your room deposit via that link to confirm your reservation.
Single Occupancy Rooms
Our Travel Agent's website is unfortunately not configured to auto-receive reservations for single-occupancy rooms. Thus, if you want to stay in a room yourself, please use the below form to request a room for yourself via our travel agent Kevin. He (or another Seaside Rendezvous team member or donotreply@classicvacations.com) will email you with a payment link once the reservation has been approved by the resort. Please pay your room deposit via that link to confirm your reservation. Note: If you are traveling alone and would like us to match you up with somebody to share a room with (you would each get your own double bed, of course) to save resort costs, just let Shailja/Justin know and we're happy to help with that!
