When you’re shopping for Indian wedding attire, some pieces come pre‑stitched (ready to wear) and others do not. Pre‑stitched means the garment is already sewn together and shaped so you can wear it without any tailoring. Some sellers list outfits as unstitched or semi‑stitched. This means you’ll receive fabric pieces or partially sewn components that are not yet a finished garment. You would need to have them sewn by a tailor before you can wear them. Unless you already have a seamstress who you know can complete the work before the event, you should order something that is fully pre‑stitched.
