We are continuing plans to hold our wedding based on current recommendations and projections from the CDC and State of Oregon Health Authority. Should further restrictions occur, we will update our website and guests ASAP.
While we don't exactly know what will be required this summer, at this time, masks and social distancing requirements continue to be a state mandate and our venue will require all guests to comply. Should this change, we will update our website with the most current information. As always, our number one priority is the health and safety of our guests. While subject to change based on state guidelines, other anticipated safety measures include having hand sanitizer and hand washing stations available at each table and throughout the venue space. Additionally, we will be limiting the number of people at each table to ensure proper distancing. PLEASE STAY HOME IF SICK! Please respect any safety measures we ask. We know! We'd prefer to live our lives pre-covid too, but we want to have only the happiest memories of our wedding day and don't want to be responsible for anyone getting sick! Continue to check back for additional updates to how we will keep our wedding safe for everyone.
Unfortunately our previous venue had to shut down indefinitely due to ice storms that severely damaged their property. Our wedding will now be in Harrisburg, OR which is located about 30 minutes from Eugene. This actually provides out of state guests with increased travel and accommodations options. Please check out our "Travel" page on the website for more information.
We love kids, but we kindly request this to be an adults-only evening. We need to keep numbers down due to Covid restrictions and want to make sure it is a safe environment for all our guests.
Due to Covid-19 we need to keep attendance numbers small and cannot accommodate additional guests. Attendance will be limited to those listed on the invitation.
Yes, please check out our "Registry" page on this website.
Check out our "Travel" page on the website for information regarding hotel room blocks in Eugene. Make sure you book by the dates indicated to ensure you can reserve a room at the discounted price. There are plenty of other options in the Eugene-Springfield area that can accommodate a variety of price points. For easier access to the wedding venue, we would recommend staying close to I-5.
Please wear cocktail attire. The wedding will be held entirely outdoors so we recommend wearing shoes you will feel comfortable walking around in grass.
Yes! We assembled a list of some of our favorite local and semi-local (within 2 hours of Eugene) places that may be interest to you while you are in town. For anyone planning a longer trip, we also have included a longer list of some of our favorite spots throughout the state. Check out the "Things to Do" page on the website for more information.
