We met one April night in Philadelphia - thanks to Hinge (the app that's meant to be deleted!). Despite both having gone to Ursinus College, and graduating the same year, we had never met before. After a few months, Seth asked Olivia to stop being difficult and go steady - at which point Olivia happened to get a job halfway across the country in Texas.
We decided to try long-distance after a drunken - on Olivia's part - conversation about feelings. Seth visited Olivia a few times in Austin, and decided he was ready to leave Philly and make the relationship work.
Seth moved to Austin in May 2019, and a year later we were ready to move in together - right in time for COVID. Olivia figured that moving in together during a pandemic would lead to one of two possible outcomes: getting engaged, or Seth going back to Philadelphia.
Two and a half years later, Seth proposed to Olivia on a balcony in Prague, and now we get to celebrate our wedding with all of you!
