What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will begin at 3:30 PM. Please plan to arrive at least 15 minutes beforehand!

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

There will be transportation to and from from the Hotel West & Main in Conshohcken. The other hotels listed are all within walking distance of the Hotel West & Main! We recommend planning accordingly so that you can take advantage of the shuttles regardless of which hotel you've booked.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes, there is parking on-site; however - if you plan on imbibing and partying with us at the venue, we strongly encourage taking the shuttle.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Yes! Garden cocktail attire. Please feel free to wear whatever colors and patterns bring you joy. We want everyone to feel beautiful, comfortable, and confident. This is an entirely outdoor event, and while there will be heaters under the tent, please be mindful of the weather.

While we love your kiddos, this will be a child-free wedding!

What's the deal with names? Is anyone changing their name?

Answer

We will both be keeping our current names - neither of us will be changing or hyphenating, so Olivia will stay Olivia Hovick and Seth will stay Seth Aaronson!
