Matron of Honor
Older sisters have reputations for being the coolest and the smartest. In Jenny's case, both happened to be true. That Jenny left behind big shoes to fill only meant Amy knew where to walk a little easier.
Best Man
Sharing a bunk bed for more than a decade can sure bond two brothers together; one of the world's great lost languages is the code Henry and Seth devised based on softly knocking on their shared bedroom wall.
Bridesmaid
Of all the freshman year roommates Brandeis has assigned, it's hard to imagine a pair falling more in love than Joanna and Amy. And thank God: there's never been a scrape Joanna couldn't help Amy out of, no problem she didn't have three solutions for. (Also, this weekend's hashtag? All Jo.)
Groomsman
Seth's friendship with Marc pretty much dates back as long as they’ve been alive, beginning as it does with their mothers bonding in a class for brand-new moms. Later, their Torah teacher would refer to them, along with Adam, as the Three Musketeers. Marc was Aramis, the devout one.

Amy had just one thought when she met Dan at her (ahem) college improv audition Freshman year: how do I become best friends with this guy? A few Ben & Jerry's-sized bribes later, they were best friends, soon to be taking over NYC together, one long night into morning at a time.
Groomsman
Like a gift from the gods, Adam moved from Chicago to literally next door to Seth when they were five years old. When Seth filled out paperwork informing Adam's high school they were cousins, absolutely no one batted an eye. Adam's musketeer was Athos, the smart one.
Bridesmaid
Ask Amy for her favorite Freedland and her answer is easy: Melanie. It's no knock on any other contenders; such is the bond created when Seth introduced Amy to his sister years ago. Not for nothing, Amy is also delighted to have someone else in the family with a, shall we say, distinctive laugh.
Groomsman
A friendship that began on a Little League baseball field, it became clear in high school that the Venn diagram of Josh and Seth's shared interests was pretty much a circle. Stories of their constant inseparability — from adolescence on — are mostly nice and only rarely embarrassing.
