How do we get to the venue?

Answer

The venue is located up a canyon road, so getting there involves a few steps but both Google and Apple maps should be able to guide you. The exit to the venue is only accessible from the westbound side of the highway, so if you're coming from the east, you may need to loop around. From I-80 East, take Exit 132 toward E 1320 S / Mount Aire Rd. Turn left onto Mount Aire Rd, then take another left to merge onto I-80 West toward Salt Lake City. From there, take Exit 131 toward Quary Rd. After exiting, turn left onto Quary Rd, cross the bridge, and go through the gates on your right up the steep hill.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

With the ceremony starting at 6:00 PM, we recommend arriving 15–20 minutes early to allow time for parking, walking up the hill to the venue, and settling in before things begin.

Is there parking?

Answer

Yes! There are multiple parking lots available along the road leading up to the venue. Please note that the walk from the parking areas to the ceremony site involves a steep hill.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

We’re going for a semi-formal vibe, but nothing too stuffy - think “dressed-up but comfortable.” Since the ceremony and reception will be outdoors in July, we recommend light, breathable fabrics and shoes that are easy to walk in on grass or uneven ground. Our wedding colors are earth tones - blues, greens, grays, browns, and black - so if you’re looking for outfit inspiration, those are great shades to lean into (but no pressure to match!). If you’re still unsure, just imagine what you’d wear to a nice summer evening gathering under the stars. We want you to feel good and enjoy the night with us! There is a steep hill from the parking area to the venue, so please keep that in mind when choosing your footwear. Also, for those who are up for a little adventure, there’s also a beautiful, private trail that leads to the top of the canyon!

Can I bring a date?

If your invitation includes a plus one, then yes, please bring someone to celebrate with you! If your invite was addressed just to you, please reach out and ask :)

Yes! We love your little ones and are so happy to have them be part of our celebration. Whether they’re dancing, exploring, or just enjoying the day with you, we’re excited to share this special moment with guests of all ages.

Will there be dinner and drinks?

Yes! We’ll be serving a variety of summery food options, along with drinks and dessert to keep everyone happy and well-fed. If you have any dietary restrictions or allergies, please let us know when you RSVP or reach out to us directly - we want to make sure everyone has something they can enjoy!
