Uzes has a great open-air market on Saturday from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the Place aux Herbes. The market displays the best of local foods. Kiosks with clothing and crafts line the Boulevard. The earlier, the better, as the crowds arrive by 11 am. If you are fond of oysters, you can purchase them at the market and the seller will shuck them and deliver them to you at a café bordering the market.
