travelling to kenya

In addition to flight bookings and a visa, you will also need Yellow Fever and COVID-19 vaccinations to enter Kenya.
Flights from London to Nairobi can cost anything from 700 - 1700 USD, depending on the airline and the time of booking. We recommend Ethiopian, Emirates, or Kenya Airways – but there are many options. Kenya Airways have a direct flight that takes roughly 8 hours. If you need help making a flight booking, you can reach out to Lucy at Yakuti Travel (WhatsApp +254 721 246668 and email info@yakutitravel.co.ke).
You may require a visa to enter Kenya – these are not available on arrival and must be applied for online, in advance. We suggest you apply for a tourist visa 1-2 weeks in advance of travelling using https://evisa.go.ke/evisa.html – it costs 50 USD.
Beware there may be fake websites, masquerading as payment portals – ensure the site ends in "go.ke" before making any payments.
