Please confirm your attendance with Kuria or Selam, especially those of you who are flying in for the wedding, before November 30th 2022.
Please reach out to us directly before November 30th if you'd like to bring someone to the reception that we haven't invited. We want everyone to be comfortable, but do have limitations from the venue and caterer that we must adhere to so please wait for us to confirm if there is room for your +1. Please note, if we don't have someone's full name on the guest list, they will not be able to enter the venue.
They are, but please let either Kuria or Selam know in advance if you plan to bring your kid(s).
If you want to give us a gift (thank you!) please use our bank details (below) to do this. Gifts are welcomed of course, but not required.
It's a formal event, but we want you to be comfortable. It's an outdoor venue with grass however so high, stiletto heels may be difficult to walk in for example.
Yes, at the ceremony there is a large parking lot within the compound of the church and there will be parking attendants to assist with parking at the reception.
If you do not live in Nairobi and will be travelling in for the wedding, please inform either Kuria or Selam when you confirm your attendance. Depending on the number of guests without vehicles, we will explore using a minibus for out-of-towners.
Check on https://www.visahq.com/ if you need a visa because, if you do, you MUST apply online a minimum of 2-3 days in advance. We recommend applying a week in advance to be safe.
There won't be any accommodation provided in Nairobi for guests. You can however use Air BnB, Booking.com and most popular booking sites to find suitable accommodation. Stay tuned as we will update this website with more guidance on suggested neighbourhoods for guests who need help with this.
