Things To Do
If you're travelling to Nairobi for the wedding, we want to share some tips to make the most of your trip.
Accommodation –
We advise you to leverage Air BnB and Booking.com, and consider focussing on areas like Westlands, Kilimani and Lavington. There are more scenic, suburban areas too like Karen and Spring Valley. If you need help, you can reach out to Selam or Kuria for specific advice.
Travel –
We recommend you use Uber to get around day-to-day, but Bolt is also available in Nairobi. A cab ride in Nairobi can range from 200 - 1000 KES (£1.50 - £9.00). Traffic can be an issue when travelling within Nairobi; we recommend avoiding longer journeys on weekdays before 10:00 and between 17:00 and 19:00.
