Arnaldo Caprai Winery
At Arnaldo Caprai you’ll find excellent wine‑tasting opportunities just a short drive from our wedding venue. One popular option is their Tour & Food experience: a 1.5‑hour guided tour through vineyards and cellar, followed by a tasting of three representative labels paired with Umbrian charcuterie, cheeses and olive oil. Cost: €30 per person. We highly recommend booking in advance to secure your spot.
Gubbio
About an hour’s drive from Castello di Rosciano, Gubbio is one of Umbria’s most historic and atmospheric medieval towns. Perched on the slopes of Mount Ingino, it’s filled with ancient stone buildings, narrow alleys, and sweeping views of the Umbrian hills. Wander through the Piazza Grande, one of Italy’s most beautiful squares, and visit the Palazzo dei Consoli, a Gothic masterpiece housing local art and history. For a bit of adventure, take the open-air cable car up to the Basilica of Sant’Ubaldo, where you’ll be rewarded with incredible views over the town and valley below.
