Welcome Gathering!

7:45 pm - 10:00 pm

For those who are able to attend, please join us for a welcome gathering to unwind from the travels and meet other folks attending the wedding, including our closest families and friends. Appetizers and small bites are provided. We encourage you to socialize and meet a new person you've never spoken to!

Eunice & Sean's Wedding

4:30 pm - 10:00 pm

Mountain semi-formal, mountain formal, or mountain chic.

Ceremony will promptly start at 4:30 pm. Please plan to arrive between 4:00-4:15 pm to find parking in the ranch’s property , hang out at Pole Creek Ranch's Lodge lawn, and get seated in time for the ceremony. There is a shuttle available to pick up guests at Best Western Ponderosa Lodge and Grandstay Suites. The shuttle also is available to drop off guests late evening. If you are staying near those two hotels, you can plan to walk over those two spots to take advantage of the shuttle service. Note: return shuttles will be leaving shortly after the end of formal reception at 10:00. If you wish to stay after this, please plan to drive and plan a DD if needed. For those who are driving, there is parking on site at Pole Creek Ranch near the Lodge Lawn. There will be signs directing to the venue.
