Monterey Bay Aquarium
Easy to spend some time here. This is a super cool, high tech aquarium with a lot to do and check out. We've been here a few times and it is always enjoyable.
Beaches!
Well you are on the California coast... so hit up a beach! There are a multitude to choose from. Carmel Beach, Asilomar State Beach, Carmel River State Beach, Lovers Point, Point Lobos State Reserve, Del Monte, Garrapata, China Cove, McAbee Beach, Pebble Beach, Monterey State Beach and so many more!
Princess Monterey Whale Watching
There are a few different companies that can take you out to get up close to the sea giants that pass through this area. June can be an excellent time of year for this!
Shopping and Dining
This area provides a fun selection of shops and restaurants. Cannery Row in Monterey. Ocean Ave. in Carmel-By-The-Sea which has one of our favorite restaurants, Dametra Cafe. A must for dinner with a lively ambiance and great food. Downtown Pacific Grove on Lighthouse Ave is another area to walk around, shop and see what is going on.
Hiking!
This area is full of beautiful and scenic hikes. Mission Trail Park, Carmel Meadows Trailhead and Monterey Bay Coastal Trail are worth checking out. Asilomar Trail and Point Lobos State Natural Reserve are personal favorites and sure to leave you feeling great.

Why not! Go for a tandem paraglide for a thrill and stunning views. This is something we have not yet done, but will.
