Travel Note
Unfortunately, Temecula isn’t near any airport that out-of-town guests will be flying into — it’s about an hour drive away from San Diego International Airport. The options that make the most sense logistically are either: you could rent a car (pickup/drop-off the rental at the airport), or there is a shuttle service that can pick you up at the airport and drop you off at the hotel. They can drive up to 8 people at a time, so to help keep the cost down you may want to consider coordinating with other traveling guests, or else utilize their “ride share” option. Travel Note
On the big day, we will be providing our guests with a complimentary shuttle to and from our wedding venue. The shuttle bus will pick up and drop off at the Embassy Suites Temecula where our group hotel block is reserved. Small luxury buses from MVP Limousine will be running continuously from about 2:30pm til approximately 3:15pm, though we may suggest / schedule specific guest departure times in order for us to get everybody there on time. Return shuttles will be available from 8:30pm to 11:30pm. Glass containers will not be allowed inside vehicles.
Hotel
Apologies for the delay! We’ve finally secured a group rate and hotel block at Embassy Suites Temecula Valley, within close proximity to our wedding and rehearsal venue(s). There will be a number of discounted 2-Room Suites available from 10/25 - 10/27. Reservations must be made by 30 days in advance. Please reserve through the provided link to ensure it connects through the Reilly/Warriner wedding reservation. Bookings will include 2 complimentary bar drink vouchers and complimentary cooked-to-order breakfasts. In order to receive the drink voucher, the names must be listed on the reservation. Extended hours at the lounge will be available to our hotel block guests. A roundtrip courtesy shuttle from Embassy Suites to our ceremony and from the reception will be provided for our wedding guests; details to follow closer to the event date.
