Wedding Party

Karina Korsh

Maid of Honor

Karina and Audrey met at Dartmouth freshman year during a Halloween pregame. What began as a spontaneous night out quickly grew into years of “whine and wine” nights, endless laughter, and even a brief stint as Sophomore Summer roommates—during which they co-owned a go-kart, and Karina promptly decided she was done with roommates forever. Even as life has taken them to different cities, they always pick up exactly where they left off. Karina has introduced Audrey to Bravo, drag queens, and the niche internet corners she somehow always finds, and she manages to excel at everything from pharma market access to befriending dog bloggers to making shockingly good gluten-free bagels. Through every high and low, Karina has been Audrey’s steadfast cheerleader and voice of reason—and as Maid of Honor, she’ll undoubtedly keep Audrey laughing all the way down the aisle.

Caroline Spahr

Bridesmaid

As Carson’s younger sister, Caroline has played a central role in Carson’s life via shaping his competitive spirit and humbling him at any given moment. Growing up, Carson would play squash against Caroline left-handed in matches that typically ended in fights and tears. Regardless of who reached for the tissues post-match, Carson and Caroline’s sparring always brought them closer. Today, Carson takes credit for cementing the stubborn competitiveness that made Caroline an All-American squash player at Princeton University. Conversely, Carson can take no credit in her having graduated with a degree in molecular biology.

Juliana Overbey

Bridesmaid

Juliana and Audrey met as freshman walk-ons to the Dartmouth Women’s Rowing team, quickly bonding over a shared appetite for adventure and cementing their friendship through late-night dances on the Green, surprise caroling break-ins at Karina’s apartment, and climbing more campus buildings than they’d admit. Post-grad, Audrey has loved cheering Juliana on from Kalamazoo to New York as she becomes an orthopedic surgeon. After standing by Juliana’s side at her wedding, Audrey is thrilled to return the favor—and fully expects Juliana to excel at being a bridesmaid, as she does with most things. Fun fact: Juliana drove from New York to Boston after a night shift just to join Audrey for wedding-dress shopping -- only to drive straight back to work the next morning!

Maya Iskandarani

Bridesmaid

Maya and Audrey like to joke that they met on Facebook Marketplace, where Maya was searching for a roommate. While they never ended up living together, they quickly bonded over shared workout stories and Boston adventures. With her ability to make friends with a wall and her unapologetic Miami roots, Maya has introduced Audrey to a new group of people and a whole new world, including salsa nights, La Fábrica, and the Cuban coffee shop experience. When Maya moved to New York, the friendship never wavered; they stayed close through visits, Strava splits, and Maya’s steady stream of new adventures.

Taylor Beskar

Bridesmaid

Taylor and Audrey’s friendship technically began in second grade, when Taylor fainted in church and instantly became the most fascinating person Audrey had ever encountered, though they didn’t connect the dots until AP US History years later. Once they did, their bond formed quickly over a shared commitment to doing things “for the plot,” leading to a long list of adventures—from sneaking Taylor’s golden retriever into school to building snowmen in roundabouts to chaotic weekends in Nashville. Audrey can always count on Taylor to say yes to any plan and to show up for every moment, whether wonderfully mundane or genuinely life-changing, and despite Audrey’s notoriously horrible texting habits, Taylor remains the person she talks to most thanks to their never-ending, stream-of-consciousness group chat of two.

Yasmine Kaya

Bridesmaid

Yasmine and Audrey met on a Covid-era McKinsey project, where Yasmine was—predictably—already running the show when Audrey joined. Even from Minneapolis and Pittsburgh, they quickly bonded over late-night stairwell chats and the “exercise moments” encouraged by their teammate Brooke. Their Zoom friendship turned real when Yasmine invited Audrey to spend two weeks at her island home in Florida, where beach days and late-night golf cart antics sealed their bond. Since then, they’ve shared countless weekends and work nights in New York—dinners, dance floors, and Yasmine reliably arriving as the most fashionable person in the room. Fun fact: Yasmine's family made Audrey's engagement ring!

Sebastian Kim

Best Man

Sebastian and Carson met in Kindergarten, where their 20+ year friendship was established. Both have had major impacts on each others’ lives: Carson introduced Sebastian to the game of squash, for which he later was recruited to and competed for Bowdoin College; Sebastian taught Carson how to push outside one’s comfort zone, whether through his first R-rated movies, surfing in frigid Maine waters, or brief police encounters in middle school filming public prank videos. As sipping playground chocolate milks turned to basement Mountain Dews on to Irish Pub Guinness, Sebastian and Carson have been inseparable, making Baz the ideal Best Man to stand behind Carson on wedding day.

Charlie Barrett

Groomsman

Carson and Charlie met in 7th grade art class and mutually bonded over horrific hand-writing and consistently lackluster feedback from their teacher. Though talentless in written art, Carson and Charlie excelled on the Middle School Speech team, where they were repeated interscholastic finalists performing their Duo Interpretation “The Big Bang”. Roommates in the years after college, Charlie and Carson built a friendship centered on shared jokes, shared mailboxes, and shared reminders that neither of them should ever be handed a paintbrush.

Collin Scott

Groomsman

As Audrey’s twin brother, Collin has quite literally been by her side since day one. From crawling into each other’s cribs as babies to racing down the “Eagle Trail” as kids to cheering each other on through every major milestone, he’s always been one of her biggest champions — even if he never misses the chance to remind her that he was technically born first. In perfect twin synchronicity, Collin also got engaged this year and is planning a wedding of his own!

Jacob Devries

Groomsman

Jake is Carson’s cousin and, along with his younger brother and co-groomsman Owen, has been the closest thing to a brother in Carson’s life. With annual Christmases in Michigan and summers along Lake Michigan together, their childhood was a rotating schedule of sledding wipeouts, beach-side football, and 4th of July parades. Now working in Boston, Jake and Carson have continued the tradition of spending time together – albeit with fewer bruises.

Marco Rodriguez

Groomsman

Marco and Carson technically met at age ~10, when Marco’s White Sox defeated Carson’s Marlins in the infamous 2007 Hill House Little League Baseball World Series. Their proper introduction came a decade later at the University Club of Boston, where Carson has been settling the score through squash ever since. Marco is a natural excursion planner, having taken Carson camping in Vermont, ziplining in Puerto Rico, and fishing (unsuccessfully) outside of Boston’s Encore Casino. Through all of it, Marco has become one of Carson’s closest friends and a reliably entertaining partner in every adventure.

Owen Devries

Groomsman

Like with Jake, Owen and Carson similarly grew up running around the same Michigan backyards, lakefronts, and snowy hills. Perhaps due to repeated sports exposure from his older brother and cousin, Owen became annoyingly coordinated in every sport he picked up: at age 10, he and his team won the Michigan Baseball U11 State Championship; in the 8th grade, Owen was drilling 50+ yard field goals in his stint as a kicker; in college, he competed on the University of Michigan club hockey team, where they won the ACHA Division III national title. As the self-proclaimed top 2 pickleball players of the extended family, Carson and Owen continue their lifelong competition in a way that only brings them closer, even if neither will ever concede the No. 1 spot.
