Salem Walking Tours: Easy to do self-guided and a great way to check out Hocus Pocus filming locations. Food & Coffee Sea Level Oyster Bar: Lively spot for oysters, cocktails, and waterfront views. Jaho Coffee & Tea: Waterfront coffee shop with outdoor seating and great lattes. Pickering Wharf: Strollable harborfront area with boutiques, local art, and ice cream.
Just a short drive from Beverly, Marblehead is your classic coastal New England town, featuring sailboats, historic homes, and some of the best coastal views on the North Shore. If we were spending the day here, we’d probably check out: Scenic Walks & Views Crocker Park: A local favorite for sunset overlooking Marblehead Harbor. Chandler Hovey Park & Marblehead Light: A peaceful lighthouse park with ocean views. Old Town & Shopping Washington Street & Old Town: Cobblestone streets lined with boutiques and cafés. Food & Drinks The Landing: Classic waterfront seafood restaurant with open-air seating. The Beacon Restaurant & Bar: Cozy spot for cocktails and local dishes.
Day Trips (20–30 Minutes Away) If you have extra time before or after the wedding: Manchester-by-the-Sea: Home to Singing Beach — and the namesake of the film Manchester by the Sea (2016). Rockport: A picture-perfect fishing village filled with galleries and ocean views. Essex: Tiny town known for antiques and fried clams.
