We met at a bonfire party in grad school, finding each other standing in the kitchen sipping some special reserve bourbon a friend was graciously sharing with some selected guests. We bonded over a mutual love of scotch, and from there our love grew with each dram we savored. We spent these years post-school adventuring together across the country and in the kitchen. We can't wait to celebrate a love brought together by good food and good drink with all of you at an excellent party.

We love to cook together, and fancy homecooked meals became a staple of quarantine date nights. We dressed up, brought out the good wine, and took down the nice plates. One night Scott really went all out with a new recipe he had not cooked before. At the end of the Best Meal Caitlyn has Ever Had, Scott put on our favorite cooking show to wind down with. "We are Sorted Food....and Scott, don't you have something you'd like to ask Caitlyn?" With the assist of some cheffy friends, Scott asked Caitlyn to marry him.
