Call to book and mention Scott and Leonie’s wedding. We recommend that our friends and family stay in this full-service hotel. Housing Options: - rooms in the inn (17 available): hotel-style room with 2 beds in the main inn - "pavillion” rooms (16 rooms, 8 suites available): hotel-style room with 2 beds or hotel-style suites (full kitchen, dining room, living room) with 1 bed at walking distance from the main inn - condos (5 available): 2-bedroom condos with full kitchen, more modern - cottages/cabins: 4- (6 available, 10-person capacity) or 5-bedroom (1 available, 18-person capacity) cabins with full kitchen, more rustic Of note, a Canadian "double" bed is equivalent to an American "full" size bed. Meals and Activities: The resort offers meal and activity packages, but we recommend keeping your plans flexible! The property features a beautiful restaurant that we think is worth experiencing once or twice; however, part of the fun will be exploring the local community for dining and activities. This way, you’ll get a taste of both the resort and the town.
Flight
Montréal (YUL) or Québec City (YQB) Airport
The resort is about a 2 hour 10 minute drive from the Montréal airport or a 2 hour 15 minute drive from the Québec City airport. Montréal typically offers more international flights and rental car options, while Québec City can be a charming alternative if it fits your travel plans.
Travel Note
Rental Car
We recommend renting a car for the wedding weekend so you can fully enjoy exploring the beautiful Québec countryside. While rideshare services are available in Montréal, they won’t reach St-Alexis-des-Monts, so having your own car will make travel much easier and more flexible. For guests meeting friends or family at the resort, there are also public transit options: From Montréal, you can take an Orléans Express bus to Louiseville (about 30 minutes from the resort) or a VIA Rail train to St-Paulin (about 20 minutes away). From Québec City, you can take an Orléans Express bus to Trois-Rivières (about 45 minutes from the resort).
